Looks like Shia LaBeouf won’t be charged with drunk driving but he is getting his drivers license yanked. He is not off scot-free. Shia will almost certainly have his license suspended because he refused to submit to a blood alcohol test. Steve Whitmore from the L.A. County Sheriff’s Dept tells us Shia’s DMV hearing is tomorrow.

Ed McMahon Raps For FreeCreditReport.com
At a time in his life when he should be playing golf and looking forward to visits with his grandkids, veteran Hollywood actor/side kick, Ed McMahon has been reduced to public embarrassment just to make ends meet. Ed has been hired to film a viral video for FreeCreditReport.com in which he raps, wears some ridiculous street clothes and trots around with some ho-licious girls.

Hayden Panettiere’s Dad Going To Jail
Hero’s hottie Hayden Panettiere’s father has been charged with misdemeanor battery and could be facing one year in jail. Alan Panettiere was arrested in August on a felony domestic violence for allegedly hitting Hayden’s mom, Lesley. The two had been seen arguing early that night at a Hollywood charity event and the argument escalated to the point that police had to be called later in the evening. Much later in the evening…the cops were summoned to the Panettiere’s West Hollywood home at 3:15am.

Jennifer Aniston Drunk Dialing John Mayer
There are sources out there that are positive that Jennifer Aniston is still in love with John Mayer. In fact, they are saying that Jennifer has been drinking every afternoon and drunk dials often.‘Jennifer reached out to John first. She had a few glasses of wine - then decided to throw caution to the wind and make the first move. ‘She’s had a really tough time since the break-up and the more time goes on, she realises how much John still means to her. Basically, she’s still in love with him and has had a really tough time letting go.’

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline In Counseling
I don’t know if this story is going to turn out to be true or not. I can’t imagine why Kevin Federline would want to bring Britney Spears and her drama back into his life now that he has all her money, but the UK Daily Mail says they are currently in couples counseling in an attempt to put their family back together. If this turns out to be true, you gotta give Big Poppa props for being the most forgiving Baby Daddy ever.‘Part of their therapy involves going on formal dates and Britney is so excited,’ a source told the magazine. ‘She’s never stopped loving Kevin or hoping they’d get back together. Kevin still loves Britney too and if all goes well after six months of counselling they’ll move back in together with the boys.’
