Pop star AARON CARTER has been arrested for drug possession in Texas.  La la la la la! Don’t mess with Texas! The 20-year-old was pulled over by cops after he was spotted speeding in Kimble County at around midday on Thursday (21Feb08). I drove through Texas once and got 3 tickets all within 7 hours. Then I never paid the tickets, had a warrant out for my arrest, and the tickets went to collections. Don’t mess with Texas!

According to TMZ, a subsequent search of the singer’s Cadillac Escalade turned up less than two ounces (56.7 grams) of marijuana and he was taken to a local jail in the town of Junction, where he is currently behind bars.  I bet the Brokeback cowboys in prison are lovin that pretty boy up every-which-way but Tuesday. YEEEEEEEEEEEEEHAAaaH!

Actor Nicolas Cage has been accused of using his production company to “wrongly write off $3.3 million in personal expenses.” An inside source did not say that $1.7 million of it was for hairplugs and botox, but it is possible. The National Treasure star is fighting an Internal Revenue Service (IRS) payment after allegedly using his Los Angeles-based company, Saturn Productions, to pay for “limos, meals, gifts, travel,” reports New York gossip column PageSix.com. However, a spokesman for the star says the items were “security needs.” A business expense is a business expense. These stars need to spend ALOT of money for their entourage….we are taking Nick’s side on this. Cage has filed a U.S. Tax Court lawsuit disputing $814,000 in taxes and penalties while Saturn is refusing to pay the IRS $988,000.

Great news for Jessica Simpson. Her movie Blonde Ambition is the #1 in Ukraine, grossing $253,008 in one weekend! We’re wild and CRAZY GUYS! I think it’s even funnier that a Borat movie made over 100 million in the United States. Who knew?

In the US, the movie was only released in Texas and it only made $1,771 in its opening weekend. That was probably Jessica charging tickets on her Fandango account.

“The former Soviet nations have a sweet tooth for straight-up comedies. When these comedies have big name celebrities like Jessica Simpson’s, that’s all that’s needed to sell the movie. Russian and Ukrainian audiences have an even bigger urge for escapism than Americans. So, films like Blonde Ambition will gross more than No Country for Old Men. Whockah WhockAH wHOCka!

Should someone tell them that Jessica Simpson is not a big star? Maybe they think she is Britney spears or Paris Hilton. You know, all Americans look the same……..
