According to sources, the mortgage broker trying to find refinancing for Jackson on a $23 million loan held by Fortress Investments using Neverland as security has so far come up empty. There is literally no interest from anyone in saving Jackson in this situation. I predict that George Michael, Elton John, or CLAY AIKEN will buy the ranch and keep the spirit alive. Boy, if those walls could talk….. If the writers weren’t on strike, I would have CSI Las Vegas, CSI New York, and maybe Miami do some DNA scrapings around the Neverland Ranch.

What is the whole media steroid crazy now because of baseball? The star of “Rocky” and “Rambo” is livid because Dickinson, who’s now hosting “The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency” reality show on the Oxygen channel, went on Greg Gutfeld’s FOX News show “Red Eye” this week and accused Stallone of doing steroids. A man who tried to extort $1.3 million from Tom Cruise in exchange for stolen wedding photographs of the actor and Katie Holmes was sentenced to two years probation Thursday. Gittleman, a computer technician, told the court he was sorry. “I brought unimaginable shame upon myself and my family,” Gittleman said. “I’ll be working the rest of my life to make it right.” U.S. District Judge George King and attorneys for both sides agreed that a prison sentence was not needed. Gittleman wrote a letter of apology to Cruise’s attorney, Hirsch said. Cruise was not in court.Court documents show Gittleman obtained thousands of photos from a damaged hard drive that was brought to his workplace by a photographer. He then contacted David Hans Schmidt, 47, who was known for peddling nude photos and sex tapes of celebrities, and e-mailed Cruise demanding $1.3 million to keep the pictures private. Cruise’s representatives called authorities, who set up a sting operation to catch Gittleman and Schmidt.Schmidt pleaded guilty to transmitting threatening communications with intent to extort. He hanged himself in September. Let’s hope the Scientologists don’t have this guy whacked! This hanging is 23% fishy if you ask me!

Regarding her divorce from Paris Hilton sex tape star Rick Salomon, she said “I wish him the best. It’s a can of worms. Big, fat juicy worms, but worms.” Salomon has told friends he believes she is “acting crazy” because of the pregnancy and hopes she will settle back into the marriage. Anderson was previously married to singer Kid Rock and Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee. Rodriguez was released from a Los Angeles County women’s jail in Lynwood on Wednesday after serving 18 days of a 180-day sentence for violating probation in a drunken driving case, authorities said. This actress was my favorite sexpot on the hit tv show, Lost….but after the DWI she coincidentially got killed off the show. Rodriguez was on probation after pleading no contest to drunken driving, hit-and-run and driving on a suspended license in connection with two Hollywood incidents in 2003. She was released early under a program that deals with jail overcrowding by allowing nonviolent female inmates to serve as little as 10 percent of their sentence. I hope she can get her act together…although I love seeing all the drunk videos of this firey latina on the tabloid tv shows.
