Katie Rees (in red, Miss Nevada 2007) was dethrone after shocking photos of her were published in the internet. She was kissing other woman and exposing her tits. (Anyway, she got nice boobies…hehehe) She has been replaced by first runner-up and the very tan Helen Salas.
